Caplet Refund Policy

At Caplet, we are committed to delivering exceptional products and services while ensuring your satisfaction. Our refund policy is fair, transparent, and designed to provide peace of mind when shopping with us.

Returnable Products

Certain products purchased from Caplet are eligible for a refund. However:
Additional delivery and transaction charges may apply.
Not all products on our website are returnable.
To find out if your item qualifies for return, please contact our Support Team at support@capletcares.com within one hour of delivery.

Return & Refund Requests Before Delivery

If you request a refund or return before your order has been delivered, the standard refund policy still applies, including:
A 2% processing fee (charged by financial institutions) will be deducted.
The refund will still take the same processing time (see below).

Alternative Options for Out-of-Stock or Price Changes
If a product is out of stock or its price changes after your order is placed, we will always provide an alternative option.
If you choose to request a refund instead of an alternative, the standard refund policy still applies, including the processing fee and standard processing time.

Return Window

To be eligible for a return after delivery, you must initiate the process within one hour of receiving your order.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for requests made after this timeframe.

Product Condition

Returned items must be:
In the same condition as delivered
Unopened, unused, and in original packaging
Products that are opened, unsealed, or tampered with in any way cannot be returned or refunded.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Processing Fee

All refunds are subject to a 2% processing fee, which is charged by financial institutions.
This amount will be deducted from your total refund.
