Suggested Use
Adults take 1-2 teaspoons (tsp) daily. Not for use in children under 18 years of age. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Not for long term use. Shake well before using.

Rectal bleeding or failure to move bowels after use may indicate a serious condition. If you are taking any tranquilizers, consult a healthcare professional before use. Avoid alcohol and do not drive or operate machinery while taking this product.
