Suggested Use

Adults: Drink 1 cup 3-4 times late in the day and 30-60 minutes before bedtime.

Directions For Use

Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the bag to release the remaining extract.

Cautions

Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia).

Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative

properties is not recommended. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are

pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have gallstones, anaemia, or a liver disorder.
